Hi and thanks for visiting my site. I am Ben, new to the blogging scene but with a journey of epic proportions! I am a proud Aussie but live in New Zealand with my beautiful wife.

I am currently focusing on a healthier version of me and have become dedicated to a Keto way of living. The results I am seeing have absolutely shocked me and I want to share this with others who are starting out.
